Delhi Tack Shop (sole proprietorship) operates this website and the associated store at Shop No 13, 1st Floor, Jangpura Extension Road, Block H, Jangpura Extension, New Delhi, Delhi 110014 ("Delhi Tack Shop", "we", "us"). By browsing this website, placing an order or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are additional and are shown as a separate line at checkout before you pay.

Stock levels shown on the website are indicative and updated regularly. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing and stock errors. If an error affects an order you have already paid for, we will contact you and offer the choice of the corrected terms or a full refund.

Quantity-based prices, discounts and offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. Changes do not affect orders already paid for.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when payment is successfully captured and an order confirmation is issued. We may refuse or cancel an order — including for suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or delivery restrictions — in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials. Payment data is handled by Razorpay in accordance with their terms and privacy policy.

Cash or offline payment can be arranged for in-store purchases; website checkout requires online payment.

We ship across India from New Delhi. The delivery charge for each product is shown at checkout and depends on the product category.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of payment, and delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination. These timelines are indicative, not guaranteed.

Please ensure the delivery address and phone number you provide are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details, and re-shipping costs in such cases are borne by the customer.

Some products (for example, buggy harnesses) are made to order and are never held in stock. Production takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks from order confirmation, and the stated price is for a single-horse harness unless mentioned otherwise. Made-to-order items are confirmed through our quote/inquiry process and are subject to the cancellation limits in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Items marked as on final sale or non-refundable cannot be returned except where they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Creating an account is optional for purchases but required for submitting inquiries and viewing your order history. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

We take care to describe and photograph products accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography and dye lots. Sizes shown in size guides are indicative measurements provided by manufacturers. Minor variations of this nature do not constitute a defect.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and layout — belongs to Delhi Tack Shop or its licensors (including the brands whose products we stock). You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delhi Tack Shop's total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss or injury arising from misuse of products, use contrary to manufacturer instructions, or normal wear and tear. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

You agree to indemnify Delhi Tack Shop against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the website.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or acts of government.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
